Expert Tip: Current Market Rate for Nannies and Family Assistants

Nannies and family assistants are hourly employees, and when you hire one, you become a household employer. Nannies Plus offers support and resources to bring someone great onto your family team. The current market rate is $35 to $50+ per hour, depending on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience regarding the position with your family, duties, schedule and location.

We’ll meet you in your home for this virtual session, deepening our understanding of your overall childcare and household support needs, personalities, lifestyle and home environment in order to create your thriving family team.

Once we’ve completed the Family Focus, we’ll search for candidates who’ll be a great match for your family team.
