Our Matching Process
We truly care about your kids and the outcome of the work we do. Beyond the placement process, we offer an open door policy for support and advice. We can help navigate issues that come up or just lend an ear. We’re completely invested in happy families and nannies. Once you’re all set Nannies Plus will still be there for your family.
The Discovery Call
On this 30 minute consultative Discovery Call we’ll learn about your family support needs, then offer guidance around bringing a nanny onto your family team. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to learn about our process for selecting, screening, and matching families with the best nannies.
The In Home Discovery
The In Home Discovery is an essential step in the Nannies Plus matchmaking process! This 1.5 hour session allows us to better understand your childcare philosophies, your values and lifestyle, and the personalities of each family member. We’ll get to know the children, interact with the pets, tour the home (the nanny’s work environment), and identify additional needs.
The Prospects
This is where we shine. We’ll tell you about nannies who we think would be a seamless fit for your family, and set up in-person meetings for those whom you’d like to meet.
The Selection
Once your family has decided on your perfect nanny, Nannies Plus will help you to make them an offer!
The 30 Day Exploratory Period
Once you and your nanny have decided to work together, and have signed your work agreement, your nanny will begin a 30 Day Exploratory Period to solidify your work together. If you or your nanny feel that the alignment is off before the 30 Day Exploratory Period ends, Nannies Plus will work with you to find a better match.
