  1. Kid Friendly Activities at the SF Pride Parade @ Civic Center, San Francisco

On Sunday, bring the whole family to the Pride Parade in a spectrum of color! The “Our Families Coalition”, an organization that advances equity for LGBTQ families with children, will be meeting and marching together. After the march, starting at 11 am, join in the celebration at the Family Garden with face painting, art, and a playground kids will love!

  1. Free Sailboat Rides @ Berkeley Marina, Berkeley

There’s nothing like an afternoon of sunshine and salty sea air. Take a little ride in the waters of the Berkeley Marina with the Cal Sailing Club. One of their free open house days will be held this Sunday, so bring the family down and take an intro sailboat ride on a keelboat or dinghy! When you’re finished, play at the adventure playground and find a bay front spot to picnic.

  1. Diablo Ballet PAWS de Tutu Dog Festival @ the Lafayette Reservoir, Lafayette

Come to the dog festival with your dog loving family and favorite furry friend this Saturday in Lafayette. Proceeds benefit the Diablo Ballet’s PEEK (Performing Arts Education & Enrichment for Kids) Youth Outreach program. The PAWsome day includes cool demonstrates by the Concord and Oakland K-9 Police units, free photos with your dog, a doggy costume contest, and more! Enjoy a pleasant walk around the Reservoir with your family and happy-go-lucky pup!
