Participating children receive a blue superhero cape and badge to give them super smarts to take on a variety of challenges! - Bay Area Book Festival @ MLK Jr. Civic Center Park, Berkeley
This event has lots of fun for both children and parents! Bring your kids over to the Family Fest Zone for a fun and games carnival and tons of hands-on activities presented by many local participants, such as Sticky Arts Lab, Lawrence Hall of Science, and Habitot children’s Museum, to name a few. We also recommend you visit booth #12, LOAKL which allows you to shop online in your own community for books sourced from local, independent bookstores. Plus, the Showtime Stage features authors, illustrators, magicians, and more, performing for the delight younger audiences. 4. Movies Under the Stars Presents “Sing” @ Civic Park, Walnut Creek
